Heartwarming Reunions: Medical Team's Journey in Selenge Province

The Bundan medical team concluded a successful two-day examination trip in the Selenge province of Mongolia, conducted between February 14 and 15, 2024.

A touching highlight of the trip was the remarkable meeting between Dr. Boldsaikhan and Sarantuya, a woman who underwent heart surgery performed by Dr. Bundan (Dr. Boldsaikhan's father) 53 years ago in 1971. Sarantuya, now a mother of four and a teacher, presented a picture from that time and shared that her heart remains in excellent condition. Additionally, Namuun, a young girl who underwent four Fallot surgeries two years ago, also met with the team, showcasing remarkable growth and progress since her surgeries.

During the first day of examinations, the team examined 200 individuals, including children. By the end of the second day, the total number of individuals examined, including children, reached 450, reflecting the efficiency and impact of the initiative.
