Meat-loving MONSTERS Unite: A Charitable Feast for the Heart Remembers Project

A heartfelt fundraising event for the "Heart Remembers" project was orchestrated by the compassionate "Meat-loving MONSTERS" group in partnership with Dr. Boldsaikhan Bundan. The event brought together over 30 dedicated volunteers to support this noble cause. The "Meat-loving Monsters" showcased their unique nitrite-free pure meat snacks, which are expertly crafted at "Ochir Daginas" LLC.

The day attracted a generous crowd of approximately 2,500 individuals, all eager to contribute to this charitable endeavour. The "Meat-loving Monsters" prepared a sumptuous feast, including 320 pork skewers, 50 lamb skewers, 12 kg of homemade sausages, 800 pieces of MANGAS brand sausages, 5 litres of MANGAS brand sauce, 200 pieces of French baguette bread, 70 layers pancakes, 230 pieces of whole kebab grill shawarma, 10 whole pork ribs, and a whole sheep was generously donated. In total, about 400 khuushuur were made, accompanied by 110 litres of homemade milk tea, 130 litres of tea, 50 litres of hand-distilled coffee, and two Buryad bread offerings, all masterfully grilled on "Ugol Boy Mongolia" charcoal. The event's electrical needs were graciously supported by "EcoFlow Mongolia Authorized Retailer." In a touching gesture, food technologist Gal-Ochir donated the proceeds from his book "Leftover Food" to the charity.

Astragalus farmers contributed 180 bags of Astragalus tea, and 30 gift sets were thoughtfully presented to donors, with a combined value of MNT2,187,000.

On this single day, a remarkable total of MNT24,287,220 in donations were collected and donated to the "Heart Remembers" project, a sum equivalent to the cost of open-heart surgery for two children.

Dr. Boldsaikhan expressed his deep gratitude to all the compassionate donors who came together over the weekend, emphasizing that their collective efforts have given the gift of life to two young hearts. The event took place at the Jolom tent of the "Ger Glamping Mongolia" project.

The event featured a lineup of talented performers, including "Guitarist on Wheels," Bolor-Uyanga Erdenebileg, Khulan Tsegmed, Purevsuren Kherlen, Macho MT, and Pagamdulam, a longstanding singer who graced the occasion with a heartfelt performance. The event was made possible thanks to the kind support of the Central Stadium director, Nyamdavaa, the Metropolitan Police Department, and the 1st Police Department of Khan-Uul District, along with the governor of the 15th Khoroo of Khan-Uul District. A special appreciation goes out to the silent heroes who prefer to remain unnamed.
