Partnership for Pediatric Hearts: Afghan Health Ministry and Bundan Team Collaborate

Dr. Kalandar Ibaad, Afghanistan’s Minister of Health, welcomed Bundan team’s initiative to help with a project that aims to provide medical assistance to Afghan children with heart disease (adding 40 children each year for the next 5 years starting from 2023). The Afghan young cardiology and cardio surgeon doctors will be comprised in capacity building programme in Mongolia. It was agreed to send 10 docotrrs within next 5 years. MOU will be signed soon.
